GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all service agreements concluded between Julia Zichy and its clients.
ARTICLE 2 - SERVICES
The provider offers services in social media management and content creation for social media platforms. The exact services are detailed in specific contractual documents agreed upon by the parties.
ARTICLE 3 - QUOTES AND PRICING
Service rates are defined in the quotes issued by the provider. Rates may vary depending on the complexity of the requested services and the duration of engagement. All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from their issuance.
ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT TERMS
Payments must be made according to the terms agreed upon in the quote. Unless otherwise indicated, a deposit may be required before the commencement of services. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of services or according to the agreed-upon terms between the parties.
ARTICLE 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The provider retains ownership of all intellectual property rights to the content created within the scope of the services, unless otherwise stated in the contract. The client is authorized to use the content only for the purposes agreed upon in the contract.
ARTICLE 6 - CONFIDENTIALITY
The provider undertakes to treat all information provided by the client as confidential. The client also agrees not to disclose the provider's confidential information to third parties.
ARTICLE 7 - LIABILITY
The provider undertakes to provide services with the utmost professionalism and to adhere to agreed-upon deadlines. However, the provider cannot be held responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond its control.
ARTICLE 8 - TERMINATION
Service contracts may be terminated in writing by either party with a 30-day notice period. In the event of early termination by the client, fees may be charged according to the terms defined in the contract.
ARTICLE 9 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising from these general terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
